You are welcome to visit the factory any time.Because of COVID-19 pandemic,you can aslo online visiting through our offcial website, there have 360° VR port in my company website. We can also show you around our customers' factories to see the equipment in operation.
4.What if something goes wrong with the equipment after we buy it?
We have professional and experienced after sales service team, we providing 24-hour service online. If there is something wrong with your equipment, you take videos and pictures share our team.we will helping your people solve the problem online.If the problem is still not solved, we will arrange to send engineers to your factory to solve the problem as soon as possible.
5.What kinds of after sale service you can providing for me ?
Because of we successed installed more than 50 set of non woven fabric machine in all over the world, so we have rich experiences of machine installation and training. 8.How long does it take to produce the machine?
As we have different type of non woven fabric machine, such as S/SS/SSS/SMS/SMMS production line, so the delivery time is different. normally ,the delivery time is 8 month after confirm payment.
9.What about your after sale service term ?
Due to COVID-19 pandemic, we not able to arrange my engineer come to help you install machine right now,we providing online service. After covid-19 pandemic finished. we can arrange my engineer come to help you installation and traing your workers. You need to take all fee, including engineer VISA apply cost, round-trip air tickets charge,accommodation charge in your side, and salary 100USD/ day.
