If there is something wrong with your equipment, you take videos and pictures share our team.we will helping your people solve the problem online.If the problem is still not solved, we will arrange to send engineers to your factory to solve the problem as soon as possible.

A9: Due to COVID-19 pandemic, we not able to arrange my engineer come to help you install machine right now,we providing online service. After covid-19 pandemic finished. we can arrange my engineer come to help you installation and traing your workers. You need to take all fee, including engineer VISA apply cost, round-trip air tickets charge,accommodation charge in your side, and salary 100USD/ day.
