1.What is Spunbond Nonwoven Fabric?
Spunbond non-woven fabric, also known as polypropylene spunbond non-woven fabric, which is a new generation of materials, with water repellent, breathable, flexible, non-combustion-supporting, non-toxic and non-irritating, rich in color and other characteristics.
If the material is placed outdoors after natural decomposition, its long life is only 90 days, placed indoors in 8 years decomposition, combustion non-toxic, tasteless, and no residual substances, so as not to pollute the environment, so come from.
Spunbond non-woven fabric is a kind of non-woven fabric, is made of pp polypropylene as raw material, through high temperature drawing polymerization into a net, and then with hot rolling adhesion into a cloth. Because of the simple process, large yield, non-toxic and harmless to human body, so it is used in medical and health materials non-woven fabrics, agricultural non-woven fabrics, industrial non-woven fabrics, packaging materials with non-woven fabrics and other fields.
2.Characteristics of spunbond non-woven fabric
Good high temperature resistance, good low temperature resistance (polypropylene fiber can be used in the environment of 150℃ for a long time, polyester can be used in the environment of 260℃ for a long time), aging resistance, UV resistance, high elongation, good stability and air permeability, corrosion resistance, sound insulation, mothproof, non-toxic.
3.Application scenario of spunbond non-woven fabric
For sanitary products, such as masks, medical isolation clothing, head covers, shoe covers, diapers, adult urinary incontinence and sanitary products, etc.
Used for agricultural cover, such as crop cover ground, seed bags, straw mat, nursery protective cover, insulation curtain, ground protection, etc.

4.Spunbond non - woven fabric common grain
Small hole point/sesame point/cross grain/special grain (most of the small hole point grain on the market, sesame point is used for health materials, cross grain for shoes, packaging, less one word grain).
5.Methods for identification of spunbonded non-woven fabrics
1. Look: 100 new grain non-woven gloss, gloss with the increase in the proportion of woven fabric filling and gradually darkening.
2. Smell: 100 new grain non-woven fabric no odor, because polypropylene particles tasteless, but the material has anti-smell, powder has gasoline and diesel smell.
3. Burning: 100 new granular non-woven fabric powder residue after combustion has similar objects, the filler and the burned non-woven fabric can be clearly seen in the residual powder object,
4. Pull: 100 new grain non-woven fabric after tearing, strong, clean, pure, there are a lot of silk, there is a non-woven fabric after tearing, visible white powder filling.
5. Measurement: 100 new materials can be determined by measuring the thickness and specific gravity of the cloth.
