Time : 2024-01-26 Hits : 24

Zhejiang Yanpeng Nonwoven Machinery Co., Ltd is a professional manufacturer specializing in the research and development of non-woven production lines. Since from the beginning of 2008, we always focused on non-woven field. Until today, we served over 200 customers at home and abroad, and installed more than 600 non woven production lines all over the world.
 Our main products include: PP spunbond non woven production line, meltblown non-woven production line, spunmelt composite nonwoven production line (such as SMS,SMMS, SSMMS, SMMMS …etc), Polyester (PET) non woven fabric production line etc. We successfully launch the PLA/RPET non woven fabric production line in 2021.

PLA spunbond non-woven fabricis biodegradable non-woven fabricmade from polylactic acid (PLA) as raw material, which is a new environmentally friendly material with broad application prospects.
PLA is one of the most widely studied biodegradable materials at home and abroad. Medical, packaging and fiber are the three most popular application fields. PLA, with lactic acid from natural sources as the main raw material, has good biodegradability and biocompatibility, and its life cycle load on the environment is significantly lower than that of petroleum-based materials, which is considered as the most promising green packaging materials.

Non-woven fabrics with natural renewable plant resources of poly (lactic acid) (PLA) as raw material, reducing the dependence on the traditional oil resources, accord with the requirement of sustainable development of the international society, has the advantages of synthetic fiber and natural fiber, at the same time with full capacity for natural circulation and biological decomposition characteristics, relative to the conventional fiber, corn fiber has many unique properties, Therefore, the international textile industry has received widespread attention.

1.What is PLA Spunbond Nonwoven Fabric?
PLA, also known as polylactic acid fiber, has excellent draping, smoothness, moisture absorption, natural antibacterial and skin soothing weak acid, good heat resistance and UV resistance. The fiber does not use petroleum or other chemical materials, and its waste can be broken down into water and carbon dioxide by microorganisms in the soil and seawater, which will not pollute the earth's environment. Since the initial raw material of this fiber is starch, its regeneration cycle is short, about 1 to 2 years, and its atmospheric content can be reduced by plant photosynthesis. The combustion heat of PLA fiber is about one third of that of polyethylene and polypropylene.
With the improvement of people's awareness of environmental protection, the use of recycled materials in nonwovens has become a new trend. PLA non-woven fabric has been recommended by many experts as a "new material for environmental recycling in the 21st century" because of its renewable and degradability. It is a kind of ecological fiber with great development potential.
1. Environmental protection products: food grade material, environmental protection and health, free of fluorescent agent, free of azo, formaldehyde, PCP, eight heavy metals (lead, cadmium, barium, chromium, antimony, selenium, arsenic, mercury);
2. Product performance is superior and stable: excellent permeability, multifunctional bag for brewing and frying;
3. The material is thick and foam resistant, which can be used repeatedly; It does not destroy the environment. It can be composted and buried in the soil. Under the action of certain temperature and humidity and microorganisms, it can be completely degraded in about a year and finally decomposed into carbon dioxide and water.
4. Physical strength: strong tension, high wear resistance, good moisture conductivity and air permeability, clean and hygienic.

2.What Is The Product Application of PLA Spunbond Nonwoven Fabric?
Polylactic acid fiber is made of natural and renewable plant resources, which reduces the dependence on traditional petroleum resources and meets the requirements of sustainable development of the international community. Corn fiber has the advantages of both synthetic fiber and natural fiber, and has the characteristics of complete natural circulation and biodegradability. Compared with traditional fiber materials, corn fiber has many unique properties, so it has been widely paid attention to by the international textile industry. They are widely used in biodegradable as self-adhesive bags, biological degradation of zipper bag, biological degradable bags, biodegradable bags, biodegradable waste bags and biodegradable non-woven (food packaging, seasoning bag, tea bag, mask, facial mask, operation table cloth, disposable surgical clothing, sanitary napkin, dustproof bag, desert tree bag, filter cloth), etc.
