Advantages of SSMS Spunmelt Non-woven Fabric
1. Light weight: Polypropylene resin is used as the main raw material, the specific gravity is only 0.9, and only three-fifths of the cotton is fluffy and feels good.
2. Flexibility: Composed of fine fibers (2-3d), formed by light-point hot-melt bonding. The product is moderately soft and comfortable.
3. Water absorption and air permeability: Polypropylene chips do not absorb water, and the moisture content is zero. The finished product has good water absorption capacity and is composed of 100% fiber.
4. Non-toxic and non-irritating: The product is produced with food-grade raw materials that meet FDA standards, without other chemical ingredients, stable performance, non-toxic, odorless, and non-irritating to the skin.
5. Antibacterial and anti-chemical agents: Polypropylene is a chemical passivation substance, which will not be eaten by insects, and can separate bacteria and insects in the liquid. Antibacterial and alkali corrosion, the finished product will not affect the strength due to erosion.
6. Antibacterial activity. The product contains water, does not mold, and can separate liquid bacteria and insect erosion, non-mold moths.
7. Good physical properties. It is thermally bonded by polypropylene spinning directly into the network, the product strength is better than ordinary short fiber products, the strength is non-directional, and the longitudinal and transverse strengths are similar.
